    Harsh PG?

PG nic should be pg nic, not much different in harshness except for the strength of the nic. What strength is it labeled at? Did you test it to make sure it really is the advertised strength? i.e. could be labeled at 24 and it might really be 48 or something, thats why it seems harsh.

Thats excatly what I got 2 motnhs ago. Same price. AWSOME price. It will last me a long long long time. But totally worth it. It should last me almost 2 years, lol. But if you think about it, totally worth the $50 investment.

    TPA Red Bull

Red Bull is one of my favorite flavors. In my top 3. However, I do agree that TPA's red bull is slightly off. I fixed that problem by adding cola syrup from TPA as well. I do 15% Red Bull, and 1-2% cola syrup. For my taste buds, and my friends, it is SPOT ON. And as always I add 1 drop...

    Nicotine Test Results

@olef. Sorry, I must have missed this thread. I do know the test is accurate to 2-4mg (usually on the low side) So the 32/39 can really be 36/43. However the results are suprising since it tested low and not super high. I have gotten feed back from the home test kit and BE NIC. Most NIC...

    What is your biggest spill?

Yea PG is a great moisturizer for wood and stuff. I've used it for alot of things other than vaping. Just the other day, I was printing hundreds of pages on my printer for a project I was doing. The paper feeder roller got very dry, and wouldn't feed the paper properly. I put some PG on it...

Finally getting my diy collection started . Heres pics of what i bought .YAY!

Yes, a 1ml syringe, or 3ml syringe with 0.1ml graduations is a MUST for DIY'ers. Also you need alot of them. I've noticed some falvors will cause the syringe to start sticking no matter how well you clean them out. Go on ebay and buy a box 100 for like $15. Its cheep, and will last you a...

The DIYnicotine strength test kit for testing nicotine base liquids (no flavorings)

LOL, thats what I've been saying from the begining. All MY tests have always been within 2mg, hense the 2mg margin of error if done properly. Add the human error element, and thats 2mg more off, so marging of error is 2-4mg reguardless of strength of NIC. And yes, it usually 2mg off on the...

::VIDEO:: bmwjen home test using ebay/eliquidtest.com kit on my DIY nic

She was overly carefull... nothing wrong with that. Safty is always a good thing. One comment though. She did remove the martini stir stick a few times in the beginning. The stick had a 'ball' or something on the end. I do beleive with those 'removes' she prolly took a total of 0.1 or 0.2ml...

Home testing of e-liquid strength (DIY)

@markf. I’m not doubting your skills or your technique at all. Actually, I think your technique is more accurate than measuring the volume method. All I’m merely saying, is I think results should be ‘off’ or ‘accurate to’ a mg number, not a percentage. Because of how the test works, one is...

Home testing of e-liquid strength (DIY)

I just wanted to make a note on the test. Take flavoring out of the picture, and the margin of error, I feels comes from the measuring to the 0.1 decimal place. So thats what I tihnk the test can be off by +/-2 to 4 mg. But this is 2-4mg reguardless of the strength. So if your testing 100mg...

Home testing of e-liquid strength (DIY)

I tested both Flavorshacks's strawberry, and also banana. No effects on the results what so ever. I also tested TPA's Cotton Candy (Etho Malto/sweeter), and that had not effects on the results. I have close to 40 flavorings from TPA I use in my DIY. After the holiday, (I got family in town)...

Home testing of e-liquid strength (DIY)

Yes, safety should always be used, and is covered in the test procedures. However, the ironic part is that the nicotine is far more dangerous than the chemicals used in the test. Bromthyol blue is used in kiddie toy chemistry sets. The .12N acid is highly diluted, i.e. only 0.12% sulphuric...

Home testing of e-liquid strength (DIY)

Well you could. You would only need 2 values. The amount of nic, and amount of acid. I created a chart below. http://www.eliquidtest.com/docs/acidchart.pdf You notice all strengths are whole numbers, and no decimals. Kurt told me decimals can't be used because the way the test is done...

Home testing of e-liquid strength (DIY)

The mulitplier of the original test is 19.47. In the revised test, which is posted, is 9.375. The reason why I stated the multiplier of the revised test of 9.735 is because we are DOUBLING the amount of nic used to test to 2ml instead of 1ml. Since were doing that, we need to cut the...
