    Coil sounds spot on Roasty. You either need to tamp in some more cotton, or the head is loose or something. Shouldn't leak whatsoever. If it's leaking, it's flooding so vapor production isn't right either.

    Mesh can be used, but it's difficult in a T3. I recommend using cotton or hemp for your wick. Ton's of threads and You Tube how to rebuild tutorials to help you on that method. I'd stick with your 32 ga wire though and shoot for a coil around 2ohms.

    A lower gauge wire would mean more wire is needed to hit your 3 ohm goal. If you can't get the coils close enough with the 32ga, go to 34ga.

    Yeah, that could where the difference is. Are you using it in a ProTank or Evod? And does the draw on the same tank with a normal head draw differently on the same mod? I've run mine in a ProTank, and the draw was the normal, slightly too airy draw common with the ProTank. In my Billet Box...

    Didn't nail the build until yesterday, so IDK yet. About halfway through the second 6ml tank with no change in performance. So far, so good. The first one I made Saturday with a smaller diameter coil, showed no discoloration of the filler at all after vaping down a 3ml ProTank. So I expect...

    Coil diameter sounds spot on. Look through the mouthpiece to insure you can see clean through coil...like a carto. Most likely some of the cotton is blocking the airway. I'm using the exact same coil, and if I can find a complaint, it's a bit too airy when used in a Protank, or my Billet Box...

    Thanks for the clarification Doug. 3 amp limit is perfectly fine for the frankencoils I'm playing around with. Same limits as the my test platform AKA Provari. Totally understand keeping it simple on the BB store site.
