Vision TOX with metal heads back in stock

I'm getting a good number of misfires on my TOX, but I don't know whether to blame it on the micro switch or myself. The switch button is almost flush with the case, so maybe I'm just not always pressing it correctly. I'm sure they designed it this way to prevent accidental activation while...

Aw heck, Charlie. A stock C-E2 XL straight out of the box can vape the reservoir dry from a vertical position. That is, if it is blessed with one of the few wicks that work exceptionally well. Otherwise, the majority of them begin running dry about 3/4 of the way down. That is not my theory...

Nope. Most of what you see in the TOX window is eye candy, heheh. But then, I don't expect anyone else here to agree with that.

If you look at it the right way Charlie, the wicks against the wall for the entire length improves the capillary action. All you have to do is look at one when the juice is about half way down in the tank. Then you will see additional juice clinging to the wick between it and the wall. This...

I wouldn't recommend that you or anyone else read that entire thread because of all the useless jabber, but some of the ideas we had back then were used in the development of the C-E2. Not only that, but ALL of the clear type cartomizers on the market today can be traced back to this thread.

You can't blame me for trying. I thought I did a pretty good job of taking credit for it in this post: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/cartomizer-issues/113951-e2-cartomizer-technical-discussion-392.html#post1992661 I fooled everybody for a little while though, heheh.

Two fat wicks are usually more than enough. All wicking material is not created equal, and sometimes they are too much. But then, I have tested a few wicks that are almost useless, and won't even work in a br bottle mod. If you don't know what a bottle mod is, ask bad. He invented it, heheh.

I have given that a lot of thought in the past, but never found a way to make it simple and easy to take apart and put back together for maintenance. Also remember. This thing has to be easy to refill with juice, so the cup has to have enough space between it and the outer tube.

Here's another piece of obsolete junk that you can take credit for. This one was made for my wife's eGo battery.

You kids ain't got no respect for your elders, but I got your number. Do you honestly believe that I'll allow you to see my latest and greatest Masterpiece? That old thing you saw is a piece of obsolete junk. You ain't got no idea of what's going on down here in your basement.

Guessing is not my nature, but I'll give it my best shot and say you'll come to me, heheh. If so, I'll be glad to give your questions my best shot. If you make one of these things, you'll also have to make a puller to get the guts out for wick and coil replacements. I ain't got no drawing...

It's not magic, Charlie. It's the br Touch. It's about time for you to come by here again and pick up one of my obsolete castoffs.

Thanks bad. I'll be looking for it. But then, this last mod doesn't leak or gurgle. No condensation whatever. The larger cup allowed me to wind the coil somewhat different, and so far it seems to be an improvement. It's more of a spiral than a coil, and the gunk does not build up and...

Vision TOX with metal heads back in stock

Thanks antfuzz, Most of the work is done on a hobby lathe, but a drill press is used for a few holes. The rods are cast acrylic, which is more machinable than extruded acrylic. It can be polished out to near glass appearance and can withstand any of the juices we use. However, it is...

Vision TOX with metal heads back in stock

It's just a matter of numbers, bad. If these things won't put out but 4.2 volts max while in use, then they should say so. These people knew what they were doing and thought they could get away with it. Otherwise, I don't really have any major gripes with my TOX. It can maintain 4.2 volts...

The nurses happily charged my e-cig batteries when I was there the last time, but that was about the only thing they could charge.

It's good seeing you too, man. I'm doing better now than I have been in several months, and hope to be even better after followup surgery next month. There are almost enough Cheetos down here in the basement, but never quite enough. Thankfully an Oreo or two ever now and then...
