    Whelp, today's local paper had several reader responses to this, only one got it right saying this had nothing to do with health and everything to do with money and BT. The rest were along the lines of "About time!" and "The govmn't should arrest people blowing this poison on our babies!"...:(

    I think they mean from a medicine style dropper. I stick to syringes, 1Ml 5Ml and 10Ml.
