    The original mini did use 14500 batts. Known as just "The REO Mini" ........... Not an OG mini as some call it :D (Hi Karen) :) Only limitations are from the smaller drip well and the lower amp 14500 batts. I wouldn't be rocking a 14500 much below 1.5 ohms myself.

    Black anno is the best finish ever ...... especially on SL's Powder coat is most vulnerable on the edges ... prone to chip. The SL's have about 500% more edge's than a regular REO.

    Thats no joke ....... there really is no way to go back ....... I've tried over the last couple years and I've never had a carto on for more than an hour. I used to love putting a carto on for Mtn Biking or skiing so I didn't take my 170 dollar chalice attys on a death mission. Cant do it...

    In 4 years I've never used it ..... old or new contacts. Guess 1.3 ohms is a great place to live because it requires zero maintenance ...... Had a grand with thousands of ml through it and that firing pin looked like new the whole time.
