    Of course it is necessary to fill the UC with water. I clean all types of coils factory made. Rarely use them though RTA is my preference. I clean my tanks as well. Coils time varies from 30 mins + depends how gunked they are. Tanks about 45 mins. Remember it is necessary to thoroughly dry them...
