    My Journey is complete.

I have 4 kfl in rotation. Like you, I'm pretty much set, but can't resist something new at times. Once, I went 11 months without buying something new...just couldn't quite make it a full year.

    Your Vapeonthego

I'm always on the lookout for a new out-and-about device. Currently I use 3 different ones. 1. Quick trips. Joyetech Ego AIO 2. Longer trips. Egrip oled. 3. Newest. Tesla stealth mini with a variety of tanks. (current favorite) 4. In the mail. Pico squeeze...yet to be evaluated. I only build...

New to vaping and I'm lost!

OK, so there are 2 main types of vapers. #1. Those who like more of a cigarette style, low power, tight airflow, MTL (mouth to lung) style. And #2. Those who crank up the power. wide open airflow, STL (straight to lung) style. While the subtank mini is a very popular tank, it is not the best...

    New to the forum, hi!

I have half a carton from 4 1/2 years ago. Sometimes it's hard to say goodbye to an old friend.

Totally new and no clue, please help

My wife and I are both 60-something. Been vaping for 4 1/2 years. That beginning device and liquid can be intimidating. We both comfortably use bigger box mods today, I'm not so sure that we could have used those in the beginning. I suspect that would have still wanted more of a cigarette...

    One wish

I wish I could stop buying new stuff. Other than that, I have found that there is no perfect e-cig. There is, however, a perfect e-cig for each situation. One for lounging at home, one for bedside, one for out-and-about. Never found one for snorkeling, but hey, whatever.

Just started, cough a little... sometimes nothing comes out

Are you a former smoker? Cough without phlegm is a signal to hydrate. Vaping can cause dehydration...drink water. For my personal medical reasons, I find too much VG cause me to have too much phlegm (mucous), so I usually vape 80%pg/20%vg. But, that ratio also leads to dryness, so I have to add...

    Kanger Dripbox or Pico Squeeze

Anyone ever tried to use the kanger bottle in the pico? They look similar. I can find pico bottles...but slow boat from china...nothing easy. And it's just the original (cheap) dripbox that I'm considering,

    Kanger Dripbox or Pico Squeeze

I'm trying to decide between these (OK so I will probably end up with both). I'm really a low power MTL toodler, so I'm just putting my toe in the squonker market. I would likely also buy a velocity mini (or similar) at the same time. I'm sure I will hate the chuff tip on both the Pico and...

Any strategies to cut down on chain vaping?

Cigarette smoke is an almost instant hit. Vapor takes longer to enter your system. (different particle sizes). If you smoked a pack-a-day, you had 20 highs and 20 lows throughout the day. With vaping it's more of an even keel. If you want to cut down, try to puff less constantly or cut back on...

    Pass thru box mods

I use an istick 30w for longer car trips...seems to work fine. I think they discontinued that for the 40w TC model. I believe most box mods will work as a passthru, but it is not normally recommended. I would prefer to take 2, charging one and using the other. If I were going to do a passthru...

Evic VT box and eGo One 2200 mah tank

The 2200 mAh ego one battery comes with the 2.5mil ego one maxi tank (19mm). There is also the 1.8mil (19mm) and a mega that is 4mil (22mm). There is also some newer V2 ego one tanks 2mil and 4mi. All of these are 510 threaded and will absolutely work an any variety of evic. Personally I would...

Same wattage different ohms what is the difference?

As others have said, results are more dependent on wire gauge. Thicker wire will need more power to ramp up. I prefer to conserve battery life and get immediate vapor, so I usually use 30ga wire at 1.5-1.8 ohms (6-7 wraps) and 8-10 watts. Others may want more surface area so use thicker wire...

    Fear of reaching 0mg

Yeah...it's probably the same as my irrational fear. I dropped constantly for 4 years...24-21-18-15-12-9mg. Then it began to get scary. 9-7.5-6-5-4-3mg. Now it's 3-2-3-2-3mg. Looks like I'm stuck.

    Discharge Duration - Ego One

If you are using the 0.5 ohm coils, 5-6 hours is likely rather normal. Using the 1.0 ohm coils would help get more life. If you get the CLR coils and rebuild them at higher ohms (say 1.5 ohms) you could get even more. I use the 1.0 ohm CLR coils and get closer to 8 hours on a 2200 mAh battery...

    ...as a second device...

Just consider the tank and mod two separate things. Any of the tanks will work on any box mod.

    ...as a second device...

If you are short on $$, I would recommend a device that uses the same coils. There is also a rebuildable coil called CLR for that device if you decide to do that to save. Tanks that use CL and CLR coils: Ego One tanks V1 Ego One tanks V2 Tron-s tanks Wismec Amor tanks (hard to find) Egrip oled

    SMOK tank issues

If it leaked out while it was on the mod, perhaps the liquid is shorting out the chip/battery/electronics. Might not be the tank at all.

    BEST STARTER KITS FOR 2016?

As an avowed MTL toodlepuffer, I could never get the subtank to satisfy my style. Tried all of the pre-made coils and the rba head. For 2016, I think the Joye AIO, and the Innoken T18/T22 devices were good starters.
