    Brand New to Vaping

    Track the symptoms. If they occur 30 minutes or so after vaping, it's too much nicotine. When I went thru this 6 years ago, my anxiety occurred after morning vaping and afternoon vaping which also corresponded to large caffeine intake. Had to cut back on both nicotine and caffeine.

I read somewhere that when the liver stops processing all of the chemicals in cigarette smoke, it has more time to process caffeine and sugar.     The first time I did a rewrap I was apprehensive. Got everything ready for a long process. It was all over in a few seconds. Amazing how easy it was.

    I hate it with these rebranded things that you can't find any real information on. The vice looks like a 510 connection...pretty much an ego-one style. Likely any 19mm tank would work. The pro II looks like an old Kanger evod.

    Wattage

    Different devices, different builds require different watts. Thicker wire, more coils will need higher wattage to heat up in the same amount of time as a thinner wire single coil. DL with more open air will usually desire more wattage than tighter MTL draws. And of course personal preference.

    I remember my cartotank days. I never had much luck with the tanks with the fill screw. It was called the AGR cargo tank. I did a quick search and could not find them anywhere. I much preferred just a smoktech carto tank that you push the carto down a bit and fill.

    I use 30ga because I prefer using lower watts to increase my battery usage time and because I like to vape like I smoked with a quick ramp up and short puff. My coils are simple open coils and higher ohms (1.5).
