    BTW thanks a lot Chrissie for that comprehensive list! I understand about not knowing actual absorption rates but I'm figuring if I get my dose of nicotine somehow I'll be ok. Still waiting on me first e cig kit so I've yet to experience nicotine via vaping.

    Thanks for the replies, clears it up a bit for me. I ordered 18mg to start with to see how that goes. I double checked and the Sterling are 0.8 nicotine so hopefully 18mg juice will be about right.
