    @Siccvapor It would come down to 11.64 mg Nic if you used 12 mg nic base with 3% of flavoring provided that the flavor is pg based which most are.

    97% Vg would be like 2% strawberry and 1% sweetner. ;)

    that is when you want to make a max vg and thin it a bit for better wicking. You do not need to add water. I never do.

    Get a pg or vg based nic, then a separate vg and separate pg so you can make the ratio you want.

    Yeah,my only suggestion then would be a higher vg juice. I would believe that the juice is to thin. At a lower wattage the higher pg would not give you more vapor. It would be more vg for the vapor.
