@Siccvapor I would start out using the ejuice me up calculator found here: eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator I would start at around 3% strawberry and maybe .5-1% sweetner and work your way up to desired taste as taste is subjective. Keep in mind when you are making the strawberry juice that each brand has their own strawberry and sometimes more than one.
As was said, taste is subjective and when making juice, a lot of notes are taken.

Thank you and is this the easy way on starting to make my own or is it better to get separate vg and pg then add the nic and flavor ? I look at posts and try those calculators and I get lost lol
Get a pg or vg based nic, then a separate vg and separate pg so you can make the ratio you want.
that is when you want to make a max vg and thin it a bit for better wicking. You do not need to add water. I never do.
Some people do add 5-10% DSW to thin the juice out. I do it because I feel like it gives the flavor an extra boost. I use a 45/5/50 PG/DSW/VG mix.
The best juice I've had so far is a 97% vg with 12nic and a sweet strawberry and figured just getting the vg base with nic already in it and adding strawberry would be simple but just couldn't find a recipe
Ok so, the juice you liked had 97% Vg 3% PG based nic? Or are you saying that there was 97% VG (including the VG based nic) and 3% flavor ( most flavors are counted as PG since that is what they are based in).
If you get a 12 mg VG based nicotine and just add flavor, that will reduce the strength of the nicotine in your juice.

You could try that as long as you don't mind that the strength (mg) would be reduced.
Using just 3% total flavor is not going to reduce the nic strength by that much though.

No. Depends on what size bottle you are making. It would be 2% of the total liquid.
If you were making a 10 ml bottle of juice, you would use .2 ml of strawberry flavor to get the 2%
that would take .6 ml of flavor to be 2% Look at the calculator above. Plug in the numbers at the top and the recipe will show at the bottom
