I do use the AW IMR 18650,1600mAh on my Woodvils. They have higher discharge rate (24A) then the 2200 (20A). The Samsung 25R work well with a discharge rate of (20A). They are 2500mAh and outlast the AW on mine. You can use the button top or the flat top.
I only use Pila chargers. But...

You broke the sub-ohm barrier! Dang girl! What a way to do your first real vape from a REO!
Don't forget to squonk!!! A burnt hit off of that will do you in!!! Keep that coil wet!
This was one of the best pics of the Metallic Red. Done with a VV Grand by Lisa. http://s1217.photobucket.com/user/Rhapsodies_Fire/media/VV%20REO%20Grand/2012-08-29_19-08-03_140.mp4.html?sort=3&o=6

I posted in the FB Reonaut group for you. Will see if we get you some help.
Kay, try to work the button while it is in the water. Turn and try to push it down. It helps to hold it under running hot water when doing this if it is dirt making it stick.
The AW IMR 1600, are rated at 24 amps and the AW IMR 2200 at 20 amps. The 2200 will last longer but still has enough amps to let you go down in ohms.
I run a 1.02 on my AW IMR 1600 with no problem. I have gone down to .85 but found I really needed to keep the contact covered in Noalox and...
Roger, you should remove the old coil and put a new one on. Meter it and see if there is any problem. Most times it is the coil failing or loose screws. You should not try a rebuild until you check it with a new coil.
The button cover should not make the button push at an angle. Unless you are pressing more on the side of the cover and not direct on top. Sometimes I must remind myself to put my thumb centered on the button cover.
I hope she had a coil built for her RBA. And I hope she has a meter to read the ohms!
I did tell her she should order a spring right away. I always worry that a new Reonaut might have a short in the learning process.
