Irrespective of what the norm is (and I like others have gotten high end atty's with and without drip tips and even from the same manufacturer) I am excited about this offering with drip tip as I will likely treat the Gem and the WAE as one piece. Now I can't wait for Q's video and the offering...
Q- thanks, that is a very important addition. If half of the sales are going to be for people like myself trying to match up to their WAE you would certainly want a matching drip tip because you can't get it anywhere else.[emoji4] And when you put together a package with two decks and a drip tip...
With Q as you're insider in this thread, a manufacturer who isn't taking advanced orders and can't get his production act together - if you pay attention to this thread and have the money in hand on the day orders are taken you will own one ....... unless you forget to order.[emoji3]

Not what I had in mind.[emoji3] But that was a different time. Today the dollar is close to parity with the Euro and the price of silver has plummeted. The price of silver is $17.54 per ounce. Assuming 6-8 ounces of silver is used (a 18350 probably uses half that)!the raw material cost is under...
Can't wait to see the special project. The project I would kill for (and save my pennies for) is a silver lord - okay telescopic is probably not affordable or practical but take one of the classic patterns and make it in stirling silver or even TI-Aln plated precious metal version - classic form...
Now that is infuriating.....[emoji1] What is it? Maybe it is like some of our most expensive charity dinners over here. You pay to "stay at home" and all the funds go to the charity.[emoji3]

I agree on the wait being worth it but now it's time to play a game while twiddling our thumbs. If you haven't figured it out......I am off work today.[emoji3]
What's your best guess on timing and initial quantity, I say it will really be a month and the initial quantity will be 150. Anyone...
I hear you. The folks at GUS have me daydreaming of a "shrink" drip tip gently nestled on a brass Lite mounted on a brass Artemis. [emoji3]

Couldn't agree more. The can do attitude is phenomenal. And in truth that attitude is as important to me as the obviously beautiful designs the GUS team generates. Keep it up guys. [emoji106]

If you are already in the Bugs universe with a WAE (meaning you were willing to pay up for design and performance in the first place) the answer for me is yes - 21 mm, matching finish and two decks. Kind of a must have if you can afford it and intend on keeping the WAE. And In all honesty prior...
I just tried it but must have somehow gotten the wrong size disc (or am doing something wrong) although this is what they told me to buy. The insulator sits perfectly "on the tube" but there is no way to slide it into it. I'll know when we all get our Artemis'. [emoji4]

Q - Thanks. Needless to say it works fine without it but I appreciate the safety factor. The disc sits above the battery but underneath the connector?
