    Str8vision (sir or Ms.?) while lithium cells do not have a memory, they are affected by how they are cycled and stored. Storing a cell at full charge will damage it, storing it at 3.6-3.7v won't. Running a cell past 3.5v puts it into deep cycle which will also shorten how many charging cycles...

    Uses the 30A pulse dablacksails. Know people who have had no issues using it with the AW 2200mah & 1600mah IMR cells, Samsung 25R, and LG HE2 cells along with the Sony VCT4/5. Any one of those batteries are a good choice.

    Dablacksails (sir or Ms.?) there are no 30 amp continuous 18650 batteries without active cooling. Sony VCT3/4/5 are all 20 amp batteries unless you have a fan or liquid cooling inside your ipv3/mechs.....

With voltage drop from the load you're looking at ~3.6v on the Sony at start (won't stay at the voltage for long), pulling about 18-19 amps of power. Sony's are not rated...
