The one around the top cap is 9 x 2 mm, the one between the center post and the ceramic holder is 1.78 x 1.78 mm (actually 1.8 x 1.8) and the one around the post in the base is a 3 x 2 mm. FWIW I also removed the o-ring between the top of the tank and the top section. The larger o-ring around...
FWIW, I received my Term-C the other day from DV. Disassembled and cleaned it all thoroughly and reassembled swapping the center post o-rings and the mouthpiece o-ring with 'official' size ones. Used my SS tank from my original term as the second tank instead of the plastic one (I was wanting...
I noticed DV has a disclaimer about the internals being incompatible with others. I wonder if he is referencing the Oddity or if something is different about these Term.'s over the original batch. From what I've seen and heard the Term.'s are for the most part compatible with the Ody.

This is similar to what happened a while back when Kir Fanis made his first run of Penelope clear tanks. The were .5 mm to narrow and it restricted juice flow and kept giving dry hits. These sometimes work with tight tolerances.

I was thinking about doing what I think Bapgood suggested in an earlier post that I can't find right now. Using a thicker solid wire (IDK maybe 14g) for say the positive lead to act as a holder for one wire. then you just tap it with the other flexible one. This would eliminate using the...
Ahhhh.....I gotcha. Good thought. What gauge wire for the leads and are you using a strain relief on the wires?

GSA,
What do you plan to use for the posts where the 2 leads come out of the box?? Didn't know if you were gonna use banana clips or screws as posts.

The penny has an 8x3 around the mouthpiece. I put an official size in the terminator. I suspect the tolerances of the supplied orings may be off a bit.

I think with just the threads it does allow a little bit of air into the tank hence not forming a vacuum or having to loosen the collar. I think the viscosity of the liquid keep it from leaking out though.
