happens to me constantly with 2 of my egos..the 2 others I have never do it...takes 5 seconds with a paperclip to fix it now that Ive done it a few times...bend a paperclip out so u have a posted part to put in the battery connection and leave some of the paperclip curled up so you have...
Thanks danno and yiddle, that seemed like the best bet..since she can fill things and drip fine just doesn't like tinkering with stuff like I do. Shorty cartos it is...definitely loving the battery itself so we're looking forward to the new innokin stuff
haha my girlfriend wants to let it in so bad.....its still standing there looking through the window pecking it at making weird mouse like noises...I can see it now...me running around holding a flapping goose by the feet and I try to get it back outside..
our FLIP camcorder...
Oh its definitely not strange to see geese...just weird to see one at my front door knocking to come in..lol..especially since its a wild goose..going to have to get someone out here to take it to a safe place.
So I keep hearing a tapping noise and some weird honk while im sitting here. So i get up and look out the window and there's a goose in front of my house knocking on my screen door with its beak and giving the occasional honk. So I made the mistake I guess of feeding it a few crackers because...
Not having very good luck with the new tidy clearos....first one has really poor vapor production and dry hits alot...second one was a dud, wont work on any device and checked it with the multimeter its definitely dud....third one I have working ok for the moment, I really hope it keeps up and...
also agree with the servolos and wallyO
another idea for a second run would be to add a catch cup under the posts..that way if anyone has trouble with the tank wicking system they can just wick it like a phoenix atty and drip until they find a tank setup they want to try on it.
I didn't see you post anything about a T shaped wick to coil up sorry if you did I would have given you credit in my initial post.
Edit...I guess you didn't post anything about a T shaped wick...but can we please not get into semantics about whos ideas they are..its not about that really..the...
Exactly...very nice job..hope it works as well for you as it does for me
Edit..if the wicks came pre-made in this fashion or some other way that allows wicking through the spike to the coil..I believe it would be a big step toward making these ready for main section.
Yeaahh!!..a clip would work perfectly...like an alligator clip or something similar would hold that extra wicking nice and tight in the center so you can concentrate on wrapping your coils...Thank you Hibiscuits.
Yea daisy makes me smile constantly...just gotta look at her and more often than...
edit** forgot to hit reply
**in response to penguins last post**
If you end up finding the screw and give my way a try..the hardest part was keeping the added wicking taught while wrapping the coil..might want to do something like put a heavy little object on the added wick ends to keep...
Aw and I just placed an order for an itaste for my girlfriend. She's been buggin me for a nice looking PV to take to work so the itaste fits the bill there. Thanks for the great sale too.
very good video SolemnPenguin..similar to the way i've wicked mine but probably easier. Im adding 2 to 3 strands to the center of my wick..hooking them under and back up to meet with themselves, so it ends up being 4 to 6 going through the spike. Then wrapping the coil...entwining the strands in...
good deal njt07..just got my silver wire in the mail..and opening up the wicks worked great for the first tank but fell off on the second..so im about to give the cheesecloth a go..thanks for the info
Sounds great bad...got mine wicking much better now without modding it, by opening up the threaded wicks that hang in the tank and loosening up the wicks near the coil. Just prodded at it a bit with an Xacto drillbit to separate the wick into more individual strands. 1 full tank down without...
looking forward to this p'nut butter cookie..would be great to find a flavor that tastes like my grandma's (now my sisters) peanut butter no-bake cookies. :vapor:
