Good choice with the twist and clearomizers, I am very happy with mine.
I like having cartomizers for my other non-favorite flavors. It's better to top off cartomizers before they are completely empty. You can get a burned taste if you vape them too dry, just refill when the flavor drops off...
I agree with you. Get used to e-cigs or vaporizors first then cut down the nicotine little by little. Juices comes in different nicotine strengths. 12mg is like a light cig and 18 is more like a normal cig to me. They make higher strengths too. When I made the switch I was a one PAD smoker...

One person with one reaction to something is not conclusive. I'd rather take the chance at getting pneumonia than COPD, emphysema, and cancer.
With cigs you get nicotine mixed with lots of carcinogens and other chemicals...
Here is a thread about removing atty primer.
Here is a thread with similar metallic issues on the nova.
Another check for pinched wicks, remove the plastic sleeve and put one drop of juice directly on the atomizer, replace sleeve, try again.
And if all else fails, do you have another delivery...
Glad you found the issue.
Most ego chargers are rated at 420mA and it doesn't matter if you plug it into a usb port (500mA) or a wall charger (500mA to 2A), the battery charger will only draw 420mA from what it is plugged into.
My 650 twist take 2 hours to charge from dead.
Some attys come with a primer on them that people suggest be dry burned off. I have never had to do this though.
Sorry if the trimming messed it up. Here is a pic to show what I meant. This is where the cover can possible pinch wicks. I've had it happen on a few clearomizers.
I find 4.8 volts is plenty even with 3 ohm stuff. If you ever feel like you need more voltage just get lower ohm addons.
It's about the power, increasing voltage or decreasing ohms both increase the power.
The following are equivalent and produce 8 watts or the sweet spot for most.
3.8V @ 1.8...
I prefer to vape at ~4.6V @ 2.8 ohm... your wicks may be pinched. Try to lift the rubber cap that sits by the wicks up a bit and let the drip tip push it down when you screw it on. If this is the case you can trim the plastic sleeve a tiny tiny bit.
Another easier way to determine the voltage for ~8 watts is to add 2 to the ohm value. This is valid for anything under 3 ohms.
Warning: off topic
elmattias: You are correct, here are the advanced formulas.
Joule's law: P = I^2 * R
Ohm's law: V = I*R --> I = V/R
substitute I:
P = (V/R)^2...
Sounds like a browser issue.
Quick fix: use google with this search phrase
site:www.e-cigarette-forum.com REPLACE THIS WITH SEARCH TEXT
Perhaps install and try a different browser... Firefox or Chrome
I try to not over tighten the battery onto anything.
As far as batteries go, the center post inside the threads is postive and the threads provide the negative contact. I have had the wire on the inside of the battery that connects to the positive post come disconnected before. You can use a...
