    It's actually two different things. Adding an item to an order (which we cant do) vs Changing an item on an order, which we can do by physically removing the item and replacing it with another. You should be receiving a phone call here shortly to remedy the situation.

    We updated a decent amount of inventory last night, it takes a few seconds to do but on the occasion when it's resyncs in the early morning it gets confused and sputters out. Technology is crazy :P But has been good to go since about 8am :)
