    Looking in to it, last we heard they would not be ready to ship until around the 20th. Sadly the batteries that were required were on back order and they were not able to get them to us any sooner. I'm checking in tonight to see if there is any progress on them.

    The vivi tanks are somewhat thinner threads and may have issues 'catching', three years is a long time and the threads in the Silver Bullet connect may be a bit worn down. As for the adapters it's one of the reasons why we don't sell them as the quality on the adapters seem to be hit or miss...

    We do warranty the devices for 3 months, sadly I guess it was just slightly over this. But even if it was within warranty unless it was an issue with the dial having issues moving, not charging, etc there's really nothing we can do. The twist was never meant to be an 'accurate' variable...
