I tried to call customer service but I do not think they are in. I ordered the Vision Vivi Nova 3.5ml tank and the prebuilt one (like it comes new) has a very short wick... I first saw one when my mom ordered one from a different vendor and hers had a very long wick. Also the replacement heads I ordered from Altsmoke at the same time have a very long wick. Also do you keep that plastic grommet on the head?

Anyway I filled to the fill line but this very short wick does not even get wet - I am so confused... I am not sure how to use it with this short wick? I am vaping it as is... but I barely taste any juice flavor. Any advice or help is appreciated.

The Vivi Nova Head comes equipped with 1x Short wick and 2x Long Wicks. The reason is to allow people to figure out whether or not they prefer short wicks over the long wicks. You may prefer the longer wicks, the short wicks typically work good when you tilt the device to vape. If you're a heavier vapor you may have better success with letting it rest on its side to feed properly.

You may want to wait until the liquid is low enough to swap out the short wick for the longer one and see how that works. Some people prefer the short wicks over the long wicks, but I prefer the longer ones over the shorter ones :) So vape with the device horizontal to your mouth as opposed vertically.

Hope that made sense :) Happy Holidays.

To me the vivi nova flavor has always been muted, I'm a 510 atomizer guy through and through. When you say pop and spark you mean a crackle and pop? Havent seen a 'spark' with these types of devices nor have I heard of one. What device is he using it on? As far as break in period every device has this, just with the shorter wicks the liquid needs to be able to get to them. It may just be easier to try the longer wicks over the shorter wicks.

Some people vape without tilting their device, with the short wicks and most of the TOP Coil tanks tilting them is almost required to get them to feed properly while vaping :)
