Hey littlewing ... The only known issue that I'm aware of is how strong a ground the KICK needs. To accomplish this, dielectric grease is added to the hex shaft of the switch, and top/bottom contact points on the KICK itself :)- CaSHMeRe

Cleaning the Legacy
If you want to wash them, you're more than welcome do. I simply take a paper towel with some rubbing/denatured alcohol and clean it up that way. If you really want to clean it up, take a rubbing/polishing compound from your local hardware store and polish the threads, hex shaft, etc... real...- CaSHMeRe

Replacing the bottom delrin support ring?
Hey Hazozita ... I honestly have no idea if 300 grit sand paper would work ... Worst case ~ if you sand it too finely, you can always continue polishing it ~ then get it bead blasted if you want the same look. A machine shop/auto shop/gun smith around should be able to do for just a couple...- CaSHMeRe

Happy to help :) The spacer would have no bearing on the inside length of the tube. It wasn't a spacer, just an insulator. The delrin piece would just add length to the battery side and crush the spring even more. Your best bet (without marring up the current delrin piece) would be to add...- CaSHMeRe
