Need Help!
Washer is also for people that press a BIT too hard on the switch. Pressing too hard will dent the batteries ... I've even done it myself. Instead of having to toss the batteries that may otherwise be great, adding a washer will fix the issue. Just don't press so hard from there on out :) haha- CaSHMeRe

washers are used for variances in batteries .... not all batteries are created equal :) if you get a short pair, you may need to add a washer. the maintenance kit is just that ... used when needed and you may never need it!- CaSHMeRe

Chornbro ... No, the V3.1 does not have a resistor. But, judging from your signature & using HV atties, your loaded voltage is probably around 4.7 - 5.0 volts :)- CaSHMeRe

Does anyone else fill cartos this way?
this was my issue at first with carto's too ... I don't set out 30 or so cartomizers at a time, I just go through 1 at a time and refill when needed. I refill then spin around with a ghetto rig I made. Plastic baggy with a wire ... haha ... it works! i put in 10 drops, spin for about 5...- CaSHMeRe
