If you look closely at the picture you will see that the Igo is cartos are recessed like na EGo style connector. The Echo kit (NOT REVOLVER Type) is auto and the connector (on top of the battery) is flat...They will both work with 808 carts though. Thanks, Drew- Drewsworld

Being that you are using a single 18650 IMR high drain battery with the Curve (under current and over current protected) I would say that a vape safe would be redundant. Thanks, Drew- Drewsworld

As with most devices some care is required , but we have been using these connectors since the second run of the Darwin, and have very few issues with them. If it does strip out it can be replaced relatively easily as it is press fit into the cap. Thanks, Drew- Drewsworld
