    The reason you're not seeing many stores accept PayPal is that PayPal doesn't allow sales of ecigs. A few places manage to get away with it, but most get shut down. Liberty Flights does because they're based in the UK as StormFinch said.

    I was going to suggest this. I burned the wick on a Cicso LR 306 by not priming it properly and the only way to salvage it was to remove the wick and bridge. Now I do this with all my attys since it also helps keep them unclogged and my daily vape is dark, cloudy, and can clog an atty in 2 days.
