    I did not like cotton AT ALL on other builds but I found cotton to be much better than silica on these Kayfun style attys. You may find the same. Also, the distance from the coil to the air hole on the deck play a large roll in vapor production / flavor. Just a thought...

    @Tbev refer to my post about the short positive pin. I replaced mine with a small screw of the same threading and its been working great ever since. Only need to back it off about 1/2 turn at most. Made a world of difference. Sent from my ME173X using Tapatalk 2

    You mentioned cotton, was it as micro coil? Micro coils are the only way to go with cotton otherwise it will burn like mad. Also, make sure the amount of cotton used was relitavely small. It takes very little cotton in these setups. Lastly, make sure the tails of the cotton wick are not...

    Ran by the hardware store and picked up a screw that is a tad longer than the one that came with the clone. I was having to unscrew it to the point it was barely hanging on and was a danger of shorting. Brass would have been my first choice but it was not available. This works

    What I did was fold the negitave post for the LED over onto the case and soldered it. Then ran the positive / switched wire to the device, the LED lit. Also, mine came with a resistor for use with higher voltages. EDIT: just noticed yours is a little different than mine. Mine is a this one...
