    Hi MariB. You can do it! Get the nic% handled and you should be fine. I started on 24mg and found it to be too low even though I was only a PAD of lights. The Nic from Vaping seems to soak in slower then with analogs. Just take it slow and before long you will not be missing the stinkies at all.

    How long does it usually take someone to go from smoking to vaping to not doing either?

    Being a PAD smoker for over 25 years, I was supprised how easy it was to give them up for Vaping. My plan is to slowly ween myself to lower and lower nicotine levels until I'm vaping 0. I'm in no hurry though. Good luck!
