Hey Paul. There aren't many auto e-pipes in the market. The only one I know of is the... Shoot can't remember the name. DSE-201c or -218, I believe? But you won't be able to use your t-2's on it, as I believe it takes proprietary cartos. Everything else I've seen is manual firing.
I'm with...
Ben, that Kir Fanis pipe sounds like a real sure shot! Great features, great looks. The really did an impressive job with the engineering. Congrats! :toast:
Hey, Mann! Good to see ya too brova. I see you're keepin busy, comin up in 10,000 posts. I sure wish my brain had 10,000 thoughts!
:toast:
Have you tried any of the NETCOM's, have any faves?
Johni, good to see ya! thx for the info.
Boomer, when you say 7 Iron, are you talkin Jack D? I thought Hey, Jack was the new-ish maple tabak from MOV... Never got around to trying it.
Scarfy dear. I'm great! Just winding down from the summer, catching up on all the new happenings. I recently got into making my own e-pipes - it's all I really care about these days. check out Clay's thread for a few pics. If there's a gal around here who'll really appreciate them, you...
Jeez, guys. It's really just a part-part-time hobby right now... but maybe I ought-ta quit my day job, huh?
It would be a joy to equip fellow pipe lovers with fine high-end vaping devices, though. I'll hafta ramp it up a bit. ;)
Thanks, Clay (and CW). I think I'll go with the heat to start. Smooth and distinct sounds appealing, but robust and smokier sounds a bit better. I want the realest experience I can get! :)
Speaking of the realest experience I can get - heck, might as well drop a few photos of my new hobby in...
Clay, congrats on the new venture buddy! :toast: Sounds like you have a lot of fans. I've been away for a while, came back, and all I hear is NETCOM! Good stuff. I'm gonna order some samplers but wanted to get your (and anyone else) input regarding the difference between the hot and cold...
well shucks... sounds like this NETCOM is all the rage! I'm gonna have to place an order. I've reduced my vaping intake a lot lately, so I've just been sticking with my usual A+ aromatic faves. I haven't ordered anything in quite a while. I'm thinking two pipe tabak samplers with everything...
Thanks a lot, y'all. There aren't many cats on the forum, let alone on the planet(!), that appreciate this stuff. It's just too much fun for me to keep it all to myself. ;)
The volcano is definitely my favorite of the two. The inward taper going up from the bottom of the bowl makes for easy...
Thanks, Duck. I took a page out of your book with the atty covers ;) I'm an 'A7' guy 99% of the time, so I'm right at home with these babies. I could live with just these two pipes for the rest of my (vaping) life, but lord knows I'm addicted now. Many more to come! ;)
I really love that...
Howdy fellow pipers! Been a helluva summer. Hope y'all are well. Nice to see some new converts in the thread - :toast: I got some new tools this summer, and finally started putting in some work over the past few weeks... finally have something to show for it! I present the Bamboo Dublin Sitter...
Jerms, I have a few churchwardens in my stash. I haven't gotten around to modding them yet, but I can hook you up. I'll PM ya. Hope all is well, been a while. :toast:
That Davy is beautiful. I'm just noticing that the stem is backwards though. The Peterson bits is designed to aim the smoke upwards towards the roof of the mouth. It looks like the tongue would really get in the way when trying to vape on that stem, as is. Hmmm
Agreed with all of the above. I rarely inhale into the lungs, unless I'm seriously craving a throat hit. Most times it's just a few puffs and/or a few retro-hales. I vape mostly extracted tobaccos and feel that this is the way to get the most realistic experience. Also, with some NET's, I find...
