    Sorry, but I truly believe that FDA itself also has it's own agenda... Just look at the 'dreadful nitrosamines' report about the e-cig: in that study, it was stated that the e-cig would be compared to the Nicotrol inhaler, because it was what most resembled the e-cig in the 'approved market'...
