    Not too sure about that, but what I did is what Xobeloot recommended in another thread: I used a small piece of HVAC tape on the hole, then used a pin to poke the hole to the desired size. Worked perfectly.

    :pop: You can find vendors that take PayPal (such as the one's listed above), but I think using a pre-paid card is a great idea. Don't limit yourself based solely on payment options.
