    If you like higher VG mix then stay at the 70/30, I use a 50/50 100mg and still can get a mix of 20 pg or less depends on how many flavors in the mix.

    Thanks all, three packs a day at the end, couldn't walk more than 200 ft without gasping for air or walk up stairs, vaping, cant say enough a bout it and ECF for all the help.
