    I think it's age related. The older I get the harder it is to sleep. No trouble falling asleep, but when I wake up at 2, 3, or 4am, sometimes I just decide I don't want to be laying there any more. Coffee time.

    Does nicotine only cause problems long term?

    Don't know about the effects of nicotine on scars, but I was vaping an hour after I had oral surgery. I know they tell you not to but they say a lot of things, LOL. Seemed to heal up just fine in a few days.
