This weekend will have some serious grilling of meats. Tomorrow will be thick cut brined pork chops, finished with a nice SanFran style sweet n sour sauce. Sunday will be a turkey, spatchcocked so it lays flat (removing the backbone) then slow indirect for about 1.5 hours. -
