    As I said, the Leo battery is not compatible with anything other than Leo attys and cartos ... unless you use a Leo-to-510 adapter, such as the one I linked to. With that adapter, you should be able to use any 510-based items, including clearomizers ... although not necessarily eGo-specific items.

    The eGo PT is not a true passthrough, i.e., it does not pass 5V through to the atomizer/cartomizer. It merely charges the eGo's 3.2V battery while you are vaping it. And that is why the Ego Booster has no problem with it.
