    It's very unlikely that you are talking about cartos (not impossible though) -- tell us, the e-cig you are using, does it come apart into two parts or three? battery + atomizer + cartridge, or, battery + cartomizer?

    That shouldn't be too much of a problem then, lot's of countries don't sell e-cig supplies and juice but can still have them shipped in. You only really have a problem when the use of such is illegal, then customs can take it.
