    After some experimentation with the wick, I'm happy to say that performance has gotten much better. I'm using cotton and after making the wick a bit longer than I did initially and stuffing it to cover the entire base of the chamber, including placing it at the channels, it is wicking really well.

    I'm not really sure what issues people are having with the fit. I bought my 19 mm standard tank in December and it did not have extra sizes of o-rings. I actually thought they are a bit to loose if anything, definitely not too tight.

    I think that regardless of whether the flavor is sufficiently reactive to crack the tube, there is still no guarantee that the plastics are not leaching into the juice. For this reason it makes sense to go with glass tubes and stainless steel end caps.
