I'm nearly 2 years in and I just recently found what works for me. And even with my beloved VMod I still have to deal with user error and wear and tear. It takes time, more for some than others.
The Stingray is a standard atomizer at House of Vapor. They have a 510 and a 306 version, but only the 1.5 ohm ones have an open post. The 2 and 2.5 ohm are sealed. I have the 510 version and in my opinion it hits harder than the others even though they are the same resistance. They are $9.00...

As for the juice... MBV was my all day vape for over a year and I will always love them for that, but there is a better juice out there. Unfortunately, like everything else in vaping, it's subjective. My new ADV is nearly as cheap as MBV but tastes...

Yeah, the eCab is a 10440 as well. I never used it, but I read up on it. I'm surprised the Tecab doesn't get more traction around here. I'll watch the video later, since it's almost my bed time. ;)
Speaking from my own experience, smaller size has less to do with length and weight and more to do with diameter and profile. A cigalike blends in well with smokers, if that doesn't bother you, and is largely unnoticeable by the general public.
