    I've never tried straight VG, but I think, yes, you'll still need more thinning with water. Maybe someone who uses 100% VG with chime in.

    You may want to add distilled water, or alcohol to thin it down, unless you like it that thick. I would use about 22% between the flavoring and water/PGA. For example, 10% flavor/12% water/PGA, 78% VG.
