    Oolong tea(s) is a fairly strong tea, and has several varities from green (jade) to dark (twilight ti kuan yin). Fujian rain is one of my favorites. I never heard of anyone offering a e-juice oolong though. Edit: I forgot to add, I also like "monkey picked" oolong.
