    No. I rarely order any carts that are prefilled. I use liquid and refill blanks, for the most part. I will use Janty prefilled cartridges, though.

    In my opinion, using the liquid makes the e-cig experience work. You get more (and MUCH better) flavor, more bang for your buck, in terms of being able to refill cartridges. Definitely a must-buy.
