Big bold letters under the thread, updated daily. Kinda like K-Mart saying they would open a new register anytime there were more than three people in a line then not doing it. Our K-Mart closed. The good news is the thread was updated today
this is an old thread but it irked me so i'm commenting. Mostly for myself I guess....
PS wouldn't have to delete negative threads if people acted like adults and could handle themselves in a civilized manner. I'm guessing whatever was deleted was written in poor taste. ALSO, taking your problems to a public forum and complaining about the fact that you sent them a ticket ON A DAY THEY'RE CLOSED and didn't receive any attention immediately is NOT the way to handle things. PS is the best customer service I've ever seen, and (I KNOW this) any negative experience is gonna be the customer's fault most likely. PS is ontop of their game, but don't expect them to bend over backwards on a day off.
