    My opinion buy some Low resistance cartomizers (510) from provape on sale now. Make sure you like 5 VOLTs and above..the LR simulate 5 Volts. Then if you love it..you can figure a budget and go from there. ALSO, know the dangers of stacking ion batterys only one kind from manufacturers are...
