Those are permanent magnets. You would really have to work to mess one up. I can tell were you can get a new one if you need it. IF the magnets appose each other they should be good. In that mod dirt on the magnet is not a big deal as it is not the contact it's recessed. On the off chance...
Probably some left over gunk in the chimney of the PT. Try running a Q-Tip swab down it. May have to dump the juice out into something and clean it. Hot soapy water will do or alcohol.
Oh wraps are affected by diameter of the coil and how tight they are the sure fire way to know is by length. In case you are new or somewhat new in rebuilding here is my speech on the matter
Learn ohms laws, Use an ohm meter, use good batteries ( no battery with the fire in the name) and...
I'm sure there is but i'd use these. I trust these apps. Coil wrapping | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators

You know I just heard this trick the other day. I can't test it but i bet it will work. I'm almost 2 year off analogs. If you get really crazy for an analog go chain vape for 15 min. You will lose your desire for the analog and the vape for a good long while. Should be able to use your...
OK 1.1 and 1.2 is not sub ohm. assuming a fresh battery at 4.2 volts 1.1 ohms will give you 16 watts and 1.2 a bit over 14 watts and at 1.1 ohm your only pulling a bit under 4 amps. FYI if your a rebuilder you got to learn ohms laws, use an ohm meter and practice battery safety. Never...
I would not go over 16 watts. Iclears don't come subohm yet. Assuming a 1.5 ohm head that would be just under 5 volts. If you exceed that voltage i bet you will outrun that wick which on them is a top feed. If you had the 2.1 ohm head the voltage would be a little under 6 volts. But really...
TMCase is dead on I've ordered those upgrades before i even got the mod. Mine is an Hcigar. The only mechs i did not need to get fixes for were my hades mods.
I always recommend a dripper for the first Rebuildable. The one I would get would be the tobh. Easy to work with and holds a lot of juice. it has a deep well.
But for the next step I'd get a fogger v4 or aqua. Work better than the kayfuns and i have all versions of them.
Mechs will burn juice if you get the resistance low enough. If you have a sub ohm or low ohm coil with a fresh battery you can burn the juice if your wicking is not up to snuff.
Things mech users need to know and have. Learn OHMs laws. Have an ohm meter. Use a good smart charger. Don't scrimp on batteries that means not using any battery with the word fire in it. Do not let the battery get much below 3.4 volts or you will shorten the life of it.
Use locking rings...
Oh never have the atty less resistance than the mod or the mod will heat up no matter how good the battery is. K100-101s are higher in resistance than say a brass or copper mod. Aluminum is a terrible conductor.
Things to remember about mech mods. Don't scrimp on batteries. Efest is in second place IME next to the 30amp sonys. You can put the battery in backwards but don't. Don't use a battery with the plastic damaged as it can cause a short and make the mod fire. Use the locking ring when not in...
I'm guessing the cotton is matted. With cotton less is more and if it gets to compressed it is not very good. may try fluffing it with your fingers. If when you pull the cotton though the coil it resists a lot then it's to dense.
I have not found one video oh how to do it. Usually if it's possible someone has done a video. Looking at it I'd say not. You may want to move to a BDC like the aerotank. I use to use Protanks and moved to the dual coil BDC's like the PT3's an aerotank and Nautilus. The heads on the PT3s and...
