    What kind of cotton. You should have used organic unbleached if not you wasted your money IMO. Get some 2.5mm ekowool wick that is what I rebuild my heads with also you need to get some NR-R-NR wire it has no/low resistance leads that will not get hot and burn the insulator which is rubber...

    Do many others use a 80vg/20pg?

    80/20 is great for drippers but now for tanks. I make my tank juices 60/40 or 50/50. PG is a better flavor carrier but is not much on clouds making it a good stealth juice. VG is great for clouds and as I said dripping as it does not leak out of the dripper as bad.

    Those marks are more than likely from juice getting in the threaded area. I clean my contacts with either a q-tip and 99% isopopal alcohol or with a spray electronics cleaner. If you let it build up it will carbonize and cause you some connection issues.

If you do 4 wraps around a 1.5mm drill bit the length will be different from doing 4 wraps around a 3mm...

    What mg nicotine do you use in rda's?

    Most dripper heads like me go no higher than 6mg but if your vaping in a cloud competition you go 0 nic. We also go HIGH VG. My best drippers are my Tobhs. Next in line is my Hcigar Mega and Cat. Still have an L and a W along with a storm a though.
