I love black cats, now that I have one. By accident. He came from an accidental litter of my neighbour's Devon Rex. When her cat had just given birth, she had to travel a lot, so I took care of the kittens and their mama. I named them all. This one was the clumsy one. Always last out of the...
I agree with Andria. Medication won't fix your problems, but they will take the edge off things, which gives you more headroom to work through your problems.
Just male sure you don't fall off one. I did Friday and hurt my shoulder and hip pretty bad. Thank god I have a neighbour who regularly checks in on me. She did my dishes and basically cleaned my whole house this morning! So grateful..
Just hang in there @Vapez , it'll pass, just takes time. If you can, get some equine assisted therapy, or therapy with horses. They're better and work much faster than any shrink I've ever been to!

My strategy is as follows: I take a smoker to a B&M and let them buy a juice they like. Then they can borrow a double evod/mini protank kit for about a week. Having to pay for their juice initially, seems to be the incentive to give vaping a serious chance. If, after a week they want to continue...
