    Casey, I did that, I took it all out and put it back together and the same thing happens. I push the silver button and nothing. Have to push hard to get it to sizzle. Using the same batty and atty between this and the nico stick. Nico stick goes full power and tons of vapor and no problem...

    Well I know that Steve has said the protected ones work fine and tons of people are using them without problems, and me using and buying unprotected ones is not an option.

    I have a 510 nico stick I pulled out and slammed the same batty in that and the same atty and it's vaping like a smoke stack full power like a charm. I really do think it's the switch. I'll use this to tide me over.

    I'm just gonna send it back. I just did a ticket. It's been doing this almost the whole time I've had it. Like I said, I got it working for a day and then back to this. It only worked at first for about a week.

    I can get a vape when I push down hard, just by pushing the switch, there is no sound of the atty. It's strange..
