    yet another coil question...

As others said.. DON'T. Heck I still explain this very thing to some people that "know everything" and been vaping "forever" on a regular basis. It's all about balance, the experience of how you get the vaping to how you like it... I stopped caring about ohms (within reason) a while back as I...

    Noob friendly tank ?

Just great.. I already have 3 new tanks in the mail, and now you got me interested in yet another. My budget is being killed by the vaping world.

    Noob friendly tank ?

Alrighty.. sounds good. The 30mm version (the plus) is simply too big for my taste as I don't believe that I have more than maybe 1 or 2 mods that wold handle without overhang, but a few people I know that have it, swear by them due to the larger decks.

    Noob friendly tank ?

No problem. On a similar note: My personal go-to newest tank now, if you're interested, is the Aromamizer Supreme V2. Now if you want a tank with just insane airflow, basically everything that is good with an RDA , but with a tank on top of it, this is one to have. Heck, it's a better airflow...

    Noob friendly tank ?

I think that it's a case that many learn to do a single approach with many RTAs, and then they hit something new and they assumed that it's the RTAs' fault. And I'll be blunt, I've seen many "old timers", and lots of videos from "experts" that simply makes me want to walk away from my computer...

    Noob friendly tank ?

The worst part is that if I was to recommend an easy RTA, I would say the Zeus as it's probaly one of the easiest RTAs I've seen in a while... get the coil in, then put the wick in and drop the feeds as you prime it, screw the top on and good to go. I'd rather work with you to see where the...

    Noob friendly tank ?

Dual coils I agree, that until you understand what you're doing and how to do it, they can be tricky. Dual mods.. no reason whatsoever, no idea why this other member believes that.

    New Ceramic Coil Ohms changing

That's within a normal range... it's probably SS. The resistance for all TC capable wire will increase when heated.

    New Ceramic Coil Ohms changing

Coils do NOT have a actual lifespan that's accurate. A coil could last a month, but it can also last a few hours. It simply depends on usage and other factors The liquid and how much sweetener it has is a big thing, some can kill a coil very fast (days). If you had it too high or too low in...

Got a little scratch on my battery

Your nick is very small, so you'll be fine except that this piece of tape will probably get caught. I'd switch to a thinner tape, just plain tape is absolutely fine. Your goal is to ensure that you don't have anything but the two tips exposed, and so, to not end up ripping the wrap. A quick...

Is MTL less juice-consuming than DTL?

There's quite a lot of tanks, it's maybe 30% of tanks out there, and there's been a return to MTL after the DL burst faded. And same as per the DL tanks, you get cartridges or RTAs.... For example: FastTech - Gadgets and Electronics Here's a thread about MTL tanks that should give you a few...

new to vaping. shortness of breath

If you just switched... odds are that your are still in full withdrawals from all the poisons from the cigarettes. Also, your lungs have not cleared up yet, and that can take a few months. Expect that as they heal and the gunk that's built up as the lung tissue is being cleared away, you can...

The relationship between temperature and wattage

It's usually just the gumming up of the liquid on the coil, it's like a crust/paste that forms on the coil with usage from the heating of the liquid, can mess a coil up. This happens with a liquid that has lots of sweeteners, something that's very common in store bought liquids. A new coil can...

The relationship between temperature and wattage

To be honest, something's wrong somewhere, as you should never ever need to set it at the max level of 150C/600F. In temp control, the wattage settings (if you are playing with the setting), should not be the "key" setting... it would be set just high enough to reach the temp setting, and even...

    Introducing Myself

Welcome fellow Canadian... and in Kingston, you're a stone's throw away from lots of vape stores, AND DIY stores.. another killer hobby. I started small, and now have a complete desk dedicated to vaping, with more mods, tanks, rebuilding gear, and DIY stock than some stores I've been in.

    Vape getting hot??

Next time you're having electrical problems with your car's engine, pour some water all over it and see how that works out for you... then talk to me. If you cannot wrap your head that I was offering a possibility of why the OP is having issues, after soaking a coil is water, getting burnt...

So, how do you carry your mod around?

I almost always wear jeans... So back pocket. But my outside mod/tank kit is a sturdy but slim one.

    FINALLY FOUND

I just recently "discovered" Ali express as a source for vaping gear and found that they had one of the greatest mods ever made (but discontinued and impossible to find now)..and at an incredible price of 16$, I ordered 6 of them. (discovered when a vaping buddy that know how I like that mod saw...

The relationship between temperature and wattage

untar just provided you with the instructions (kudos to untar). Most mods have this as it's a fairly default thing to do when using TC. Some people might argue it, usually the DNA crowd, but I consider it a "best practice". As for your question about my mods, I have some from several...
