    no problem.. it's a given that some cartridges can hold a LOT of liquid in them (the larger ones), a good 1 to 2ml if not more, and that could take even a few tanks full to work it's way to diluted what's in it to comfortable levels.

    It's simple math... You need to mix 1/4 of the 24mg, to 3/4 of 0mg to get 8mg. (so for example: 20ml, that would be 5ml of the 24mg, and 15ml of the 0mg) But you have to make sure that it's very well mixed.
