    Snus is my mainstay Im at 10 weeks now of no cigs. I vape daily mostly for the feel of the vapor maybe for the smoking actions and I like the flavors of vape. No snuff as I dont really feel like I need it and really dont need anymore vices.

    Well there is no way I could know what enviroment Geoff uses. I totally know there is a lot of difference in tastes from Dekang and tastyvapor also MFS tastes a lot better than dekang as well but to each their own.

    Snus can be bought at places that sell tob prods. americian snus is not all that great but is a cheap way to try it and see if its something you might like. Sweedish snus is the bomb and I buy at www.getsnus.com. At one time they would give people free samples dont know if they still do that...

    Relaxation breathing and trigger stratagies work for many and were both taught in the smoking cess class I took. Unfortantley they didnt work for me but that doesn't mean they aren't valid techs for others.

    Snus would definetly help you through. Snus is kinda like nicorette, it comes in a pouch, it does not make you spit and to me works better than eni. I think it tastse great.

    I dont think chain vaping is good for a person either . Anyways whatever a person needs to keep off the analogs is probably an improvement. For me I probably use 4-5 portains a day. I will note that looking at the stats Sweeden has one of the lowest cancer rates in the world.
