    I got an AGA T for Christmas, getting the coil down on a mesh wick was/is a real pain. The taste and vapor are amazing though. DID's came in the mail yesterday and haven't tried them yet.

    Maybe thats why my juice tastes nasty, its a very dark and heavy juice (NLV Renegade) I will try a different juice lighter in color tomorrow. Thanks cause I never would have thought that could be the issue.

    If the wick is oxidized does it or can it make a difference if it touches the bottom of the tank? The washer I will be getting tomorrow when the hardware store is open. I tried the other thumb screw to get a little more height.

    I test out at 1.1 ohms and I did edit my post. I am using a 28 Kanthal not 32 my bad. The juice tastes burnt as well.

    Still getting a hot spot! I am using 400 mesh with #28 Kanthal wire. The hot spot is still on the top coil.
