    Sounds like you forgot an oring. Double check you have the one around the base, then the one around the top cap, and then the little one inside the top cap to seal the chimney.     A Magma build will be better tasting then a Kayfun. As far coil placement, I like mine about 2mm over the air holes. Centered over them. On the wick, it really doesn't matter in the magma.     Kayfun will not like subohming much. maybe a .7 but never heard good reports lower than that. also at .08 you are seriously stressing the equipment. Sweet spot for my Kayfuns is about 1.2-1.8
